My experience includes a host of issues including depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, family struggles, infidelity, grief, and trauma.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
I am experienced in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns, leading to positive behavioral and emotional outcomes.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a model proven effective for addressing the effects of trauma. I have devoted my /me and energy toward becoming brainspotting-trained and developing an effective approach that offers effective, long-term results.
Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a type of psychotherapy that focuses on teaching individuals skills to effectively manage their emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, tolerate distress, and change harmful behaviors.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an effective modality for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other challenges through an approach that encourages self-understanding and self-acceptance. I utilize this modality on its own, as well as paired with brainspotting, for an effective and compassion-centered approach to working through trauma.
